Position : Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities :
– Initiate outbound calls to applicants who have applied for CSC ID.
– Provide comprehensive information about our government-authorized portal and the services offered.
– Encourage applicants to register for CSC ID by highlighting the benefits and convenience of our platform.
– Assist applicants in completing the registration process and resolving any queries or concerns they may have.
Requirements:
– Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
– Ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone.
– Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
– Basic knowledge of government services and online platforms preferred.
– Prior experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus.
Performance Expectations:
– Generate a minimum of 10 new CSC ID registrations per month.
– Handle a minimum of 25-50 outbound calls daily.
– Achieve performance-based targets to qualify for bonuses and incentives.
Compensation:

Working Hours:
– Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
